Dell admits went green too early

Micheal Dell admits they went green too early.  I disagree.  I think that CIO's should be looking at the TCO for the datacenters.  But Dell says that most corporate infrastructures do not incentivize  CIOs to save on the electrical bill.  So he views it as a failure of the corporate structure.  I personally view it a failure to sell to a whole company instead of an individual.
