UniCluster Express License Information
Licenses
UniCluster Express includes software components produced by Univa UD and a number of other third parties. The list of components and their associated licenses is provided below, for informational purposes.
The source code of each UniCluster Express component is copyright of the original publishers, and use of the source code of each component is governed by the terms and conditions of the license provided with that component by the original publishers. Source code for most UniCluster Express open source components is available at Grid.org. However, some third party components which UniCluster Express uses unmodified are available via grid.org only as object code (e.g. jar files), in which case source can be found at that component's open source project site.
The UniCluster Express object code is governed by the same terms and conditions as the source code from which that object code is derived. The exception to this is the Grid Engine component, for which Cluster Edition uses the Sun Grid Engine object code provided by Sun Microsystems, which is built from the Grid Engine open source but uses a different license (listed below).
